Bob was a great advocate for my property. He was very helpful in suggesting activities on the house that would help with attracting interest. He was in close communication about everything I should be doing and all activities related to sale of the house. He was helpful in explaining the purpose of the extensive paperwork that had to be signed. He was there whenever I needed a question answered.

We went from casually checking out the market to more aggressive buyers in just a few months. Bob was patiently navigated us through the process as we defined our needs and timeline. He was always responsive and ensured we had the info to make informed decisions along the way. Thank you Bob for helping us find our forever home!
